1. About PharmaGarde

PharmaGarde is a mobile application that helps users locate pharmacies and on-call (garde) pharmacies in Cameroon. The app is operated by Legendary Technology.

2. For Patients — Free Service

PharmaGarde is free for patients. No account or registration is required. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

3. Disclaimer — Not a Medical Service

PharmaGarde is an information tool only. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. In a life-threatening emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Accuracy of Information

Pharmacy information including on-call status, opening hours, and contact details is provided by pharmacies themselves. PharmaGarde does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always confirm directly with the pharmacy before travelling.

5. For Pharmacies — Subscription Service

Pharmacies pay a monthly subscription fee of 1,000 XAF or a yearly fee of 10,000 XAF to access admin tools. The subscription:

• Renews monthly unless cancelled
• Can be cancelled at any time
• Is non-refundable for the current billing period
• May be suspended for violations of these terms

6. Pharmacy Responsibilities

Pharmacies that subscribe are responsible for:

• Keeping their information accurate and up to date
• Only setting on-call status when they are actually available
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

PharmaGarde and Legendary Technology are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to: failure to find an open pharmacy, incorrect on-call information, or app downtime.

8. Privacy

Your use of PharmaGarde is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Initial pharmacy information was sourced from publicly available data including Google Maps. PharmaGarde does not claim ownership of this data. Pharmacies are encouraged to claim and update their listing directly through our admin panel to ensure accuracy. To update or remove your pharmacy's information, contact us at info.pharmagarde@gmail.com.
